BP&P_ VIA BALTEA LABORATORI DI BARRIERA

A multifunctional space in Torino-Italy, where services for citizens, aggregation spaces, catering and craft workshops meet together

The main challenge of the project has been to create a social enterprise: to overcome the conception that urban regeneration is only possible if funded with public funds and inventing new collaboration strategies between public and private actors.

The aim is to integrate commercial and productive activities with services to citizens and aggregation spaces, creating a place focused on sociality and creation of solidarity and human relations. Transforming an empty building (a former typography) into a multifunctional space.
